Major renovation and extension to a house that was in desperate need of revitalisation. 
Another clever integration of new into old with a well thought out design by Adam Hobbs of Hobbs Jamieson Architecture. 
Work started with a technically difficult excavation under the existing house to create space for new bedrooms, a bathroom, laundry and living area. 
The entire house was then restructured. Master bedroom with ensuite and walk in robe, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. New Carport and entry patio leading into a living room, study, lounge and a stunning American oak kitchen opening onto a beautiful entertaining deck on the ground floor. 
Lawn area and large tallowwood deck around the pool completed this perfect family home.
