North Balgowlah

This project involved the restoration of a dated two story home and the addition of an expansive kitchen, dining and lounge area to facilitate the owners love of cooking and entertaining as well as a new pool and outdoor entertainment deck to provide space for outdoor fun. 
New cladding, windows, roof tiles, front fence and a redesigned and revitalised entry combined with contrasting colours and textures of finish transformed the street appeal of the home from bland to modern and welcoming.  
The rear extension is a another great example of a well thought out Hobbs Jamieson design on a small building footprint. 
Using ceiling height, upward raking exterior ceiling lines and glass to let in light have taken a difficult, south facing aspect and created a sense of space and light both in the kitchen and lounge area. 
A new pool heated by the solar installation and beautiful entertaining deck finished in bold Barestone completes this upgrade from tired suburban three bedder to a modern and inviting entertainer.
